Doctor Roscoe may be seen in many places: In his shop behind the bike stand, down at the Bingen Skate Park trying not to hurt himself, on a gravity bike on one of the Gorge's steep and curvy paved roads, riding the Oregon coast, or throwing his bike in the back of a truck to cross the Hood River Bridge.
